It had fantastic TV advertising, web sites, that in a funny way informed about the simplicity of the service use and how much exactly you can save. But despite the TV spot high audience and web site attendance the service did not sell. What was the problem? It would have been enough just to come down between the people and watch it from the clients' view. They watched TV spot and visited web sites. Everything ended with free phone call to make a registration and to order the service.
